Richard Lin has been a professional show car detailer for over 20 years. As the founder of ShowCarPerfection in Anaheim Hills, CA, he has worked on some of the most prestigious vehicles in Southern California — and encountered every problem the industry has to offer. His wife and partner, GillianMay Lin, has been by his side building Detailing Innovations into the brand it is today.
BlackWow was born in 2007 when Richard couldn't find a trim restorer that lasted more than a few weeks. GelWow came from frustration with alcohol-based installation gels. BotLok from a ZEP sprayer head that kept loosening mid-install. Each product is a direct response to a real problem experienced in their own shop.
Every Detailing Innovations product is made in-house in the USA using the highest quality materials available. Richard and GillianMay personally oversee formulation and quality control for every batch.
